I'm taking a break from my real life, which I will most definitely probably regret later, but I just want to blog. I have so many "random things poking around in my head". I really need to start journaling or carrying a notepad around with me to write down my random thoughts...but I digress.

- I wonder if the CIA really shut down all their "secret prisons". How would we ever know? I wonder if it's like Nick Fury from S.H.I.E.L.D in Marvel Comics who was supposed to shut down all S.H.I.E.L.D. bases, but kept a list of secret bases to himself that he uses as headquarters for his Secret Warriors...maybe...

- I really want the new toy Wolverine claws that extend, like one of those toy Jedi light sabers...they just look really cool.

- I heard Slimfast and Lazlo from 96.5 the Buzz talking about going outside to smoke cigarettes while music was playing. I went to the Target on 61st and Metcalf which is right next to the building that houses there radio station and I geeked out a little bit, because I saw a tall skinny man and a shorter pudgier man smoking outside...was it them?!?!?

- I can't believe I'm going to be investigated by the FBI because of a student in my classroom and his crazy ass foster mom...First year of teaching: BETTER BE MY WORST YEAR EVER OR I'M GONNA KNOCK HEADS AND ROLL ASSES (My grandma use to say that to us grandkids when we were on her last nerve when I was younger...always served to scare the crap out of me...just sent chills up my spine...)...I did not sign up for FBI investigations...

- I wish I had time and money to spend on all the wonderful comics being written right now. And on graphic novels and "Classics" collections.

- I'm so selfish and diseased...

-I love and hate the "Auto Tune" trend that is dominating hip-hop and R&B music...
I think it's lazy, for instance Kanye West...nothing original about using Auto Tune on an entire album...that's not gonna help you be like Elvis, and besides you rap so well without it, I don't see why you had to sell out...Lil Wayne, ditto...I hope both of you get away from it and it's not an ongoing trait of all your music...

I like it because it makes voices sound pretty cool and it's like a robot singing to me...(I like robots and androids and cyborgs...if you could have a prosthesis that was really awesome like a muscular metallic arm...oh boy)...nobody will use it better than the kings Akon and T-Pain (Zach's black doppleganger...that is out of Adam's mouth from way back...so don't come pitchforking me...besides Z. Payne: it's too perfect)...but Lil Wayne has used it pretty well too...

Worst usages #1: most of Kanye's new album in my opinion, except for "Heartless" which is such a good emo rap song...I know I got a girl...but I still like to pretend like girls suck sometime and wallow in the emo...oh emo-kids...

Worst usage #2: Lil Wayne in his verse on T-Pain's "Can't Believe It"...on 95.7's "Shawty and the Boyz" morning show or 93.3's "Rocket and Teresa" morning show they commented on how they imagine Lil Wayne whining about having to sing while he was in the sound booth which is why his singing sounds so lazy...like he was throwing a tantrum while singing his verse...it was so hilarious and that's all I can think of when I hear it on the radio...and I listen to it now just to laugh when he sings...I mean it sounds like the words were dribbled out of his mouth like he was gargling with verbage and had to spit the rinse out...My friend Greg and I about pissed ourselves laughing about how horrible he sounds one night...

- I discovered Dom De Luise wrote a children's book...I almost bought it for you...you know who you are...

- There is a Lord of The Rings Symphony coming to the Music Hall, May 7th and 8th. I can't believe it. It's video and all the music from the movies. Like with the actual Howard Shore and a symphony...I can't believe it...and we wantssss to go to it my precioussss...

- I miss all my impressions...

- What is the better internet music experience...Pandora.com or Seeqpod.com, I am still torn...

- I hope Obama does not fail...Blacks and Democrats will never hear the end of it...and socialism and populism will be beaten out of the American mindscape for more of the capitalistic greed and self-centeredness that has dominated our political and economic environment for decades...come on Obamanomics...

- I'm apparently getting fat...this is a detestable development...I'll show you...growing into my "man self"...hmmff...come on metabolism...don't fail me now...
